In Costa Rica:
- We immediately ventured deep into the northwest side of the Corcovado Peninsula
- Experienced total transmission failure and spent ~20 days with mechanics in Bahia Drake trying to resolve this.
- Kids and Cana continued to explore CR with friends. Ben stayed with the van. Got dengue(?).
- Resolved transmission issued (by buying a new one from San Jose) and motored north.
